Then There's The Chow! The emphasis is on good, healthy, well-balanced meals! Our cooks prepare what kids like in Texas-size portions served buffet style in our dining hall. We offer food choices ranging from our famous barbecue to fish fries or fajitas. We can even meet most dietary needs. And, every once in a while, the chow even comes to you in wagons! Our large barbecue pit can cook up to 1,000 pounds of meat at one time. Large company parties and picnics are no problem.
Because your health and welfare are important to us, Camp Coyote has on-site trained medical personnel available at all times. If more expertise is required, family physicians and specialists are just nine miles away in Huntsville.
