Explore 2000 acres on horseback, hike the many miles of wooded trails or play teamsports on one of the numerous outdoor playing fields. Go on a trail ride, hay ride or just go fishing at one of seven lakes of the camp. Enjoy a Texas size swimming pool, play tennis or relax in a canoe on a beautiful lake. These are just a few of the many activities available at Camp Coyote. With 2,000 Acres of Texas ranch land, an indoor riding arena, and 76 horse stalls, we teach our cowboys and cowgirls the horse riding basics and move them into more advanced riding techniques as their skills improve. "Riding the range" takes on a special meaning for Camp Coyote "cowpokes".

Camp Coyote is offering SCUBA certification as a summer activity choice. The SCUBA program will be offered for terms 2, 4, and 6. A stay of 2 weeks is required to complete the program. The course costs $350.00 which includes all SCUBA gear, instructor fees, certification materials, entry fee and transportations to and from Blue Laggon for the 2 required open water dives. Campers must be in good general health, an average swimmer and at least 12 years of age. A $50.00 deposit is required.

Camp Coyote also boasts a Challenge Course in a natural forest setting. The high and low elements are open to groups of 20 or more and will provide your retreat with all the excitement and challenge you've been looking for.
At Camp Coyote we use traditional camping activities - an authentic Texas flavor - as building blocks. We turn off the T.V. and turn on the fun. Just imagine days filled with activities like these.
